From the Atlantic island of Lanzarote, Carlos Romero is the founder and director of Malpaís Records, a comprehensive project that operates simultaneously as a record label, production company, and management and booking agency. Although his primary focus is on promoting and developing musical talent from the Canary Islands, his working vision remains open to collaborating with artists from all over the world. As an active cultural agent in his region, he regularly collaborates with various art spaces, public institutions, and festivals, both in Lanzarote and throughout the rest of the Canary Islands. Currently, through Malpaís Records, he manages and develops the careers of a wide selection of artists, working with projects such as Fajardo, Pleito, M. Oznari, Dyatlov, Clavelitos, Drûpe, Inadaptados, ~~YA NO~~ TE QUIERO, and Los Iguales. management y booking.
