Records, a label that started in his bedroom in 2008 with a three-figure loan gambled on a football match. Alongside his partner Kev, he has grown the project from its extremely humble beginnings into one of the most cherished and respected indie record labels in the UK scene. Former AIM Award winners and pioneers in prioritizing creative thinking over big budgets, they have overseen the rise of key British bands like Art Brut, The Subways, TIGERCUB, and Pulled Apart By Horses, as well as making waves internationally with acts like DZ Deathrays and Anamanaguchi. With a catalog of almost 200 releases, the label is famous for its innovative physical formats. They were the first to pioneer podcasts on vinyl, and their unique ideas include releasing a compilation on a fixie bike, pressing asteroid dust into Emperor Yes' debut LP, and releasing the political protest single \"The Wit and Wisdom of Nigel Farage\" on a completely blank 7-inch record with Enter Shikari. Jack has built a solid in-house team and an extensive support network of managers, pluggers, and designers, ensuring their releases reach top 10 charts in multiple countries. He has also taken part in trade missions and conferences in Ireland, Denmark, Norway, Israel, and more.
