After gaining experience in various booking and management agencies, as well as web3 projects, she joined the multinational Sony Music Publishing team as an A&amp;R in 2023. Her primary role focuses on the discovery, signing, and creative development of songwriters, producers, and artists. Her approach stands out for closely accompanying the growth of talent and forging connections between creative profiles within the musical ecosystem, both nationally and internationally.
