Rubén Gutiérrez del Castillo (Madrid, 1972) holds a degree in Economics from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, is an expert in market research, and holds a Master’s in Cultural Management from ICCMU. A member of the Fundación SGAE team since its inception in 1997, he has served as its General Director since 2018. He has extensive experience in the design and analysis of sectoral studies and cultural policies, as well as in audience development processes. His career is highlighted by the implementation of promotion and internationalization programs in the fields of music, audiovisual arts, and performing arts, along with the conceptualization of training lines and professional and welfare grants for the sector.
