After a decade in Paris working as an artistic director and programmer for various venues, Perrine Delteil joined the team at the French festival Les 3 Eléphants (Laval) in 2016, holding the position of artistic director for eight years. In 2022, she joined Krumpp, a dynamic agency where she works as a promoter operating in the west of France. From there, she produces over a hundred gigs a year, ranging from small venues for emerging artists to large arenas, and is involved in organizing the Boomin festival, which focuses on the new French rap scene. Additionally, since 2023, she has been in charge of programming for the prestigious Europavox Festival in Clermont-Ferrand, a project dedicated to encouraging the circulation of emerging talents from across Europe, with a special focus on Eastern and Southern European countries.
