Holding degrees in both Law and Music Business, Mease brings over fifteen years of industry experience across recordings, A&R, sync, management, and publishing. Currently serving as the label manager for Hassle Records, Mease oversees the day-to-day operations of the label, plays a key role in discovering and developing new artists, and shapes the ongoing business strategy. Based in London, Hassle Records is a fully independent label primarily operating across the rock, punk, and metal genres, acting as the sister label to Full Time Hobby. Both platforms share the same ethos: discovering and developing artists in a creative-led environment with a focus on long-term, sustainable growth. Current roster highlights include Brutus, Dead Pioneers, and The Black Wizards (Hassle), alongside Ghostwoman, The Besnard Lakes, and Ulrika Spacek (Full Time Hobby).
