Gema Sánchez works at the Welfare and Cultural Fund of AIE (the Spanish Society of Artists and Performers). She manages the live music circuit "AIEnruta Artistas" (active since 1998), which supports the emerging music scene at a national level through cultural exchange between autonomous communities and the consolidation of a stable network of small and medium-sized venues. Additionally, she coordinates other programs within the cultural department, such as "AIE DeNuevo" (a circuit for veteran musicians), international exchanges through agreements with the Instituto Cervantes and AECID, and participation in the "Sounds From Spain" platform, along with various collaborations with key entities in the sector.
