With twenty-five years of experience as a booker and talent buyer, Estefanía Serrano is the founder and director of PlanBMusic (2010), an agency through which she has worked with artists of the stature of Rosalía, Niño de Elche, and Tony Allen. In 2021 she expanded her activity by creating the PlanBRecords label. Her institutional profile is highlighted by having been the artistic co-director of the San Isidro festivities in Madrid (2020-2025) and a curator for festivals such as BAM and the RAYO series. In addition, she has been part of advisory committees at Matadero Madrid and Fabra i Coats, and has worked as a producer of concert series for the Reina Sofía Museum. An active member of the MIM (Women in the Music Industry) association and guest lecturer at the Carlos III University, her work also includes mentoring in cultural accelerators.
