Ernesto Novales is an artist manager based in Seville with fifteen years of experience in cultural management and communication. Since the beginning of his career, he has been closely linked to flamenco, participating in audiovisual formats for Canal Sur and in institutions such as the Bienal de Flamenco and the Corral de la Morería. In 2017, he coordinated 'Flamenco Diverso', the first festival of the genre with an LGTBIQ+ perspective. A regular collaborator on projects like Mes de Danza and feSt, he has directed the career of flamenco singer Rocío Márquez since 2017, covering her production, booking, and communication. Currently, he combines this work with artistic mentoring services, helping creators from various disciplines align their professional careers with their personal purposes.
