Almudena Palacios is a cultural manager with eight years of experience in the music industry, specializing in project management, communication, and production. She is currently part of the team at the management office 8 SÍLABAS, where she actively works on developing the careers of artists such as Jorge Drexler and Ángeles Toledano. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a firm commitment to social action linked to culture. She co-founded the platform "¡Queremos Entrar!", a pioneering initiative to demand and facilitate minors' access to live music, and has participated in the European Keychange program to boost the talent of female professionals in the sector. Additionally, she is an active member of the MIM Association (Women in the Music Industry).
