Graduated in Audiovisual Communication from Pompeu Fabra University, Aina Pociello began her career in film and advertising before specializing in cultural management. For five years she directed the Simbiòtic Festival, a pioneering event focused on accessible and inclusive performing arts. In 2017 she made the leap to musical representation with pianist and composer Clara Peya. After consolidating her experience as a freelance booker, she founded her own agency, Allau Management, in 2020. This project stands out for its firm commitment to female talent and for promoting proposals that use art as a tool for social transformation. Currently, through Allau, she manages the careers of artists such as Amaia Miranda, Paula Valls, Henrio, OKDW, Llum, Grabu, and Clara Peya.
