Natàlia Pagès currently works as a Project Manager and A&R at Transgressive Records, where she leads campaigns for artists such as Julia Jacklin, Let’s Eat Grandma, Mykki Blanco, and Beverly Glenn-Copeland, in addition to developing and signing new projects like The New Eves and UNIVERSITY. Previously, she was part of PIAS, working with labels such as Bella Union, Mute, Heavenly Recordings, and Speedy Wunderground within a particularly effervescent independent scene that boosted bands like Black Midi and Black Country, New Road. At PIAS, she headed international marketing campaigns for artists including Confidence Man, Katy J Pearson, Squid, and Fever Ray. In parallel, she develops "Stolen Sessions", an audiovisual project focused on recording live music sessions, and has directed music videos for artists such as Marika Hackman.
