Born in Madrid, Lucía Heras holds degrees in Journalism and Humanities, as well as a master's degree in Music Industry and Sound Studies, both from the Carlos III University. Currently, she works at Boa Música in the licensing and sync department, constantly seeking new opportunities to place the label's catalog in various audiovisual projects. Throughout her career, she has successfully licensed tracks for series such as "Olympo" and "Valeria", TV shows like "Operación Triunfo" and "Juego de Voces", and films including Isabel Coixet's "Tres adioses". In addition to closing strategic deals, she supports authors with their day-to-day publishing needs. Her profile also stands out in the academic field: she has been a guest speaker on music and politics at the Next Higher Centre (2021) and taught a masterclass on publishing and syncs for the Independent Phonographic Union (UFi) in 2025.
