Benoît Guerinault is a founding member of the Trafic association and serves as the artistic director and programmer of the I.BOAT in Bordeaux, an iconic venue dedicated to emerging music scenes and hybrid contemporary forms. A Bordeaux native, he was involved in influential cultural projects like Bad Karma and Zoobizarre since the early 1990s. Later, during nearly a decade in Paris, he played an active role in the development of digital arts and the intersection of technology and live performance at the Centre des arts d'Enghien-les-Bains, leading research, residencies, and exhibitions. He also contributed to the creation of the Digital Arts Network (RAN) and the Bains Numériques festival, handling its music programming. His professional work is grounded in ongoing collaborations with a wide range of cultural organizations and institutions, both in France and internationally.
