Currently a student at Palacký University Olomouc, Matyas Hradil is the head of production for Czech Music Crossroads and a member of the production team for the ART&LIFE and Colours of Ostrava festivals. From his leadership position, he drives Czech Music Crossroads as a key music platform for the Czech Republic, Poland, and Slovakia. This event presents a carefully selected lineup of roots, folk, jazz, and fusion artists to an international audience of promoters and journalists. In addition to the founding countries, each edition features guest nations, welcoming Estonia and Taiwan in 2025. Beyond the live showcases, Matyas coordinates the professional area of the event, facilitating networking and strategic speed meetings among music industry delegates from all over the world.
