Under the name Ivan Halen, Ivan Semeria has served as the artistic director of the Worldwide Festival alongside Gilles Peterson since 2006. With a cultural foundation inherited from his family and forged during his years working as a clerk at the legendary Minneapolis record store in Montpellier, he has built an impressive network in the industry, connecting with artists, agents, managers, and A&R professionals. Today, in addition to maintaining his solid partnership at the Worldwide Festival, he works as a music curator for the Groover platform and collaborates closely with various record labels. In the field of representation, he directs the careers of several talents, notably his management work with WheelUP and upcoming projects alongside Laurent Garnier and Roni Size.
